For the answer google ''solaqua flostil''. It will show you that SAN DIEGO can have as much pure water as it wants without using any electrical power for it's operation. The byproduct is sea salt which can be shipped to the northern states and sold for $50 a ton which is about half the usual price. The new invention is a desalination plant which is not like the old fashioned still which is just a big pot. It's stretched out to 1000 feet long and inside is an 8 foot wide stream 12 inches deep that flows slowly downhill. Sunlight is focused onto the hot seawater and the surface of the stream is evaporated. A cross draft takes the water vapour into the condenser and pure water drains into a big pipe underground which flows to the holding tank. The 12 inch deep stream is only one inch deep at the end of the line and is piped into salt pans. Each 1000 foot line can be added to over and over ''lego'' style to give unlimited fresh water. SAN DIEGO can stop all of it's water pumping from the Rocky Mountains and stop the CO2 it's generating now. The new plant pays for itself in less than 2 years and then will give SAN DIEGO an income each year from the salt sales.
Just think. All the fresh water you want which gives back jobs and you make money each year to reduce taxes.

Love these tips! I love coupons too and always have my book of clipped coupons in my bag so I always have them even for the quick grocery run. One other place I always check is the "dented can" shelves- they're usually at the back of the store by the big doors they bring the pallets through to stock shelves. I have found incredible bargains here- like Aveeno Simply Radiant Face Wash for $2 bucks a bottle, and discontinued wines for 50% off.
